Briefly: Micah Johnson’s 4-for-4 showing on Wednesday night was his first four-hit game since July 23, 2013. He finished the night with a home run (his first in Class AAA), two runs scored, two RBIs and a stolen base. … Charlotte entered Friday leading the International League in home runs with 81. Toledo is second in the league with 64. … Don’t give BB&T BallPark too much credit for the Knights power surge, 40 of their 81 long balls have come on the road. … Over his last 10 games, Jordan Danks is hitting .343 (12-for-35) with two home runs and six RBIs. … According to an update issued Thursday morning, Tyler Saladino, who is hitting .291, leads all IL shortstops in Class AAA All-Star Game voting. … Lobstein held Charlotte to one run over six innings of work in a 3-2 Toledo win on May 30. VerHagen equaled his rotation mate’s effort the next night, tossing six innings and allowing one run on two hits, while striking out five on the way to a 4-1 win. … Mud Hens outfielder Ezequiel Carrera currently leads the IL in stolen bases with 30 and is sixth in the league with a .318 average.
